Stacking Plates
A fitness and nutrition tracker that makes staying consistent feel fun. Stacking Plates is built for people who always felt overwhelmed by the complexity of fitness advice. It uses thoughtful design to make working out and eating healthy accessible and delightful.

The idea
Everything in the app revolves around your stack. Every workout you finish and every meal you log is a plate added to it — a simple, satisfying record of your consistency, rendered as a 3D stack of plates right on the home screen. The goal isn't to hit a perfect number every day; it's to keep stacking plates.
Features
Workout tracking
Log exercises, sets, and weight with routine templates, flexible set types (per-side, body-weight, machine levels), and automatic personal records.
AI meal scanning
Snap a photo of your meal and get calories and macros, measured against daily targets computed from your profile and current training phase.
Long-term insights
A muscle-balance heatmap and workout calendar show where your training volume is going over weeks and months, not just single sessions.
Built with
React Native and Expo on iOS, with a TypeScript API backed by Supabase.
